Can I bring my own design?+
Yes. Describe the style, neckline, sleeve and finishing details in your enquiry. Keep your inspiration photos ready to share when your consultation begins. Design feasibility and the final quote are confirmed before stitching.
How do I share my measurements?+
Start with our measurement guide. Use a soft tape, keep it level and ask someone to help. Final measurements and fit preferences should be checked during your consultation before cutting begins.
How much will my outfit cost?+
Each outfit is quoted individually. The design, fabric, lining, embroidery and finishing affect the price. Delivery costs, payment arrangements and the total will be agreed before you confirm an order.
Can you deliver to my country, and how long will it take?+
Include your country and occasion date in your enquiry. Delivery availability, stitching time, shipping fees and any applicable customs charges need to be confirmed for your destination. Please allow extra time for special occasions.
